On the bright side, now I can procrastinate soldering my 12th scale together for months.

I spoke with the manager of Magnuson Park this afternoon (the big boss), and he is very enthusiastic about our program and wants us to have a home there. So, the carpet is put away for a few weeks, but we will be back soon, and for many seasons to come.

Thank you everyone for your enthusiasm.
Oh dude, after I start putting my car back together.

I feel like Charlie Brown.. Argh!

Well, at least I hadn't sent out the notice to the 1/18th group yet!

Its beyond your control Todd. Thanks for attempting to do this.

Bummer guys. That really sucks and I'm sorry to hear it. On the other hand, I hope this means some of you Slash and off-road electric guys will start showing up at the Interbay track to have some fun with us. If you don't have an off-road car/truck yet come on out and I for one will gladly let you run one of mine. I have two Slashes now for just such an opportunity!

Mandy... Yea, there were a bunch of killer parking lot tracks back in the day. Hopefully racing comes back in full force soon.

I just got a TA05 kit with the Ferrari FXX body, (deeply discounted--I had to do it.) Can I race at the hanger next season with this body, or do I need to get a different one?

Wait a minute, somebody let Mandy out of the motorhome?

That wasn't part of the deal!

The Tamiya bodies are all legal, no problem there.

You can race with it in novice class. Not sure if there's a specific ROAR rule on 17.5 tc bodies. The Protoform Mazda 6 and Mazdaspeed 6 seem to be the staples of tc class...on carpet at least.

edit... look like Mark's got the body info for ya!

Bummer. I think it's ugly, but now I can't justify buying another one!

Even I remember Mandy. Seems she made quite an impression on a few of us....wonder why?
