Default laptop

yep, I'll have my laptop with me. I actually was debating about running my WGT 1s, as I ran it yesterday for a couple heats before I had to leave for a baseball practice for my son. I robbed a couple parts off of my 1/12th car I will have to return. I probably will run 1/12th on the carpet and WGT outdoors for now. or maybe I will run all three on wed.

see ya wed.

If anyone is interested ~ I'm selling my 1s lipo 1/12th Gen X complete "RTR" .

PM me if interested !

The only reason I'm letting it go is I've decided to fully focus on Touring Cars for now.

Jake

Ah, funny. I am going to sell all my touring stuff to focus on pan cars. Can you see the writing on the wall for a Slapmaster WGT?

Thanks for the support guys. I am returning to Tekin for a test on the 1C front. My first Tekin was purchased in 1986 for the off road nat's in Pamona, Ca at the Ranch. I think that it cost $85 at the time. It was their first. It just had the name Tekin on it as there were no other choices. I think it had two little pots that you would adjust for neutral and high end with a tiny screw driver. Now I need a computer. Wow!

I can just hear Stormer in the background going: "come on grandpa, tell us another one".

I bet you paid more than 85.00 bucks for that speedo. Racing was cheaper for sure back then but I remember the first generation speed controllers more than that. But who cares anyways.

Anthony has a hotwire donated from Tekin that was meant for racer use for SIR. Someone might PM and see if he can give it to someone so we can have for use at the track.

Dont suppose anyone has the programmer for the Thunder Power chargers? New firmware is out for the 610 that helps with the ni-mh false peaking.
