You can use both cars for one box but not the best way since on the rx8 you have to move the rubber wheel opposite of the nt1. What I mean is one box for each car is best if you want to be hassle free.

Hey Jose. Doesn't RX8 also have flywheel slot on right side? Why would you have to move the rubber wheel?? You mean the the stoppers?

Yes has the slot on the same side but more towards the rght to where you have to move the starter box wheel to accommodate it. You can used the same box but its a hassle to align fly wheels from both cars.

Hudy 106052

Recommend using grease on the pins as they don't wear as fast, but if you do this you will need to clean and grease regularly.

Does the driveshaft pins actually come off? I tried getting them off with my fellow racer’s Hudy pin tool but the pins don’t come off..

We have on a 2014 model yes, sorry can't speak for any of the newer models though. Certainly alot cheaper then buying new drive shafts.

KO Propo if you have $$$. Best quality and durability.
Otherwise, go to your track and ask what everyone else is running.

It's a nasty job, but we did it on later models.
