Default Is the Manual wrong?

Below is a picture of the arm that attaches to the steering servo. The manual states that it should be 36mm. I measure it to be around 41mm. The part numbers are all correct so I was wondering if I will have any issues installing this or is this just an issue with the manual?

Thanks

There should be a pair of shorter ball cups in BAG 07.

Dont remember how mine was but never noticed a problem. Take a dremel out and trim 2-3mm off each one.

Just don't get the 3Racing part!! In my experience you will need to replace it after 2 races anyway. Just buy the Xray part.

I'm having trouble with the high dynamic clutch that came in the WC kit. I built it so it has 0.7mm clutch gap, and very little end play. When I went to break in the car I could not get the clutch to engage, I built the clutch with the 10.00mm gap between the clutch nut and end of the shaft, and even tried loosening the clutch nut to get an earlier engagement but nothing worked. Anybody have a solution this is pretty frustrating.

Try starting with .7mm of thread from the clutch nut and the flywheel nut. Shim the clutch bell just off of the shoe so that the bell dose not rub on the shoe and then remove the bell and add .3mm of shimming. Now you want to start with .2mm of end play, then adjust your clutch from there.

I run less gap than that. About .4-.5mm.

I am looking for longer ball joints for bottom of shock.

I am trying to fit 4way xray shocks on another vehicle.

The spring sit really low on shock and only leaves a few threads to spin collar down for ride height. I rather not fabricate a new rear shock tower.

Are the balljoints for rear way bar the same diameter as shock balljoints? Hard to tell on xray site but they look a bit longer and accept 5.8mm ball.

Thanks
Jamie
