Thanks, I just like having other peoples opinions. I've been out of the game for a long time.

Did you notice your center diff unloading the front and this is the reason why you went to 7k?

5k n the center is good for bumpy tracks as it helps the buggy accellerate through the bumps better. 7k is better for smoother higher bite tracks.

Does anyone use the body washer that come with the kit? I've been using mine on the rear post inside the body. Is this the way there intended to be used?

no its suppose to go ontop of the body to keep the rear of the body from cracking and coming off the mount. if you dont use it the correct way your body wont last long.

Oh ok, I was close. Thanks for correcting me. I finally got this buggy on my local track, and I didnt want to leave. Its so much fun to drive, and easy to drive fast. I'm using Drakes basic setup with proline blockades, I'm very impressed. I put it together in July and broke in my new novarossi p5xlt, then just stared at it til two weeks ago. I drove it smooth and within my limits, a few tumbles trying to push it faster in some tricky areas of the track. Nothing broken or bent, very durable. I couldn't be happier with the 3.0. Thanks to everyone on this forum, I've learned a lot.

Good stuff man!!!!

Watch out on that P5. Once that puppy fully breaks in it screams. Can be a little tricky with wheel spin due to big power on that mill.

As far as the car just wait till it breaks in as well. It gets even faster when it's all freed up!!!!!

I am very impressed with the Losi plastics. My son and I have a few months on ours and still have yet to break an arm. Only broken parts are dude to a really bad crash into a fence which was my fault.

My son hasn't replaced not one part yet.

So far the buggy hooks up well with the right tires, of coarse. My local track is maintained well and usually easy to get good traction. I have a gallon through it now by the end of that day, I think it's pretty well broke in. But I have read some people took almost 2 gal. So we'll see, I definitely like this engine. I've heard nothing but good things about it. I wanted a novarossi but didn't want to drop the coin on a keep 0ff 4, just yet! All the issues I heard some people had with bending hinge pins and shock shafts, I was worried after a few of my tumbles. To my surprise, all good. The only parts I replaced when I tore it down for cleaning/inspection, were the bearings. I put in avids. How long do you think before the buggy settles in?

Thanks, how about the camber links on the tower of the normal stock tower and the electric tower? I heard that the electric tower was the one that had the better camber spot so I got one of each and set them up on my 2 3.0s but don't know where either goes.
