WoW! Great track setup Al! I'm glad I made it out for debut. Track feels a lot bigger and faster track times. Yup faster laps
Fast racing and calling it. Good mic G and Charles. Just when you thought Crispy can't get any crispier! I can't wait to race again. Thanks

Had a good time last nite racing with good competition. The new layout was a surprise to me when I first walked in. At first, I didn't like it, thought the jumps were irregular. But as I drove it more I got used to it. I realized I just had to slow it down and drive an easy pace to be fast. Overdriving the layout will cost you. Hopefully I'll come back to race again before the layout changes again. Videos of the Amain 2wd Buggy and Amain 4wd SC are up for viewing now on Youtube under JackBonhommeVideos.

Last sunday down in vineland they set up their track with "soccer"sized cones at 6 different marshall locations and numbered them. If the race director didnt see you at the marshall spot, they docked laps.
so if you are listed as car # 1 you marshalled corner #1.
Btw, they did not use ifmar starts and had no first turn disasters, and a quicker race day in my eyes. between 12 noon and 5 pm they ran off 3 rounds of qualifying for 7- six minute heats and 10 minute mains.
Just an opinion.

FWIW re: marshaling - the new step up section is going to be a sore point until we figure out both the driving and te marshaling there. If your standing up top and the crash is low you have to go down first to Marshall and vice versa. And there's uneven terrain over there that's still wet, so moving around is also tough.
Let's give folks a chance to learn the track as far as marshaling the new layout goes.
