hey man, i see in ur signature that u own a 8t 2.0 and i was truck? i am building it as a roller and dont know what to get for an engine. i know this is a truck built for racing, but im not really into racing just yet. i plan top just mess around on my own time with it. i was told that a racing engine would be good only if im racing with it, but ive had a few racing engines before and the power in them is awesome, id like to put an engine in it for speed and good bottom end take off.. but nothing too crazy that will cause the diffs to go bad. i thought about putting an lrp .28 in it but was told i wont get long riun times. .21 sounds a lil small but i could be wrong.. can u tell me how good the 454 works in this truck? and are there any other good engines that will work good for me? how fast can these trucks be geared for? i hope u can help.. seems like u have a couple of these and u must know what it takes for them to be set up.. thanks
