I always wanted to race on an multi surface track. Most of the track would be well packed with good traction, but it would be cool to also have a section that got tilled but never packed. As people walk on it, it would pack naturaly and have unpredictable bumps. I wouldn't want people constantly walking on it with the intention of packing, but that would just happen over time. Then another section would be like gravel (round river rock), another section maybe bricks, a section of astro turf etc.

But it seems like most people would rather run dirt onroad with jumps (ability to run slicks.)

I do like the idea of bricks...be cool to have a set of brick stairs to drive on the downside of it.

Very cool to see a lot of new faces last night, and the return of the infamous "SUPER" Dave Strand. Hopefully now that we're past the holidays and the cooler weather has set in we'll start seeing some good turnouts for our club races.

Was very happy to see traction stay consistent all night, even with the cooler temps. Made for some very close racing all night. I know me and Dustin were within 10th's of a second every round.

See ya'll next Saturday!!! 4wd anybody?!?!?!

Track update..closed til Saturday. Strep throat round 2 kicked in. I will finish the track Friday. Doors will open at 9 am on Saturday the 17th..I will post pictures as soon as the pipes are down...
