3 more weeks on this layout!!! Everyones making huge lap time improvements. Around 1 to 1.5secs faster on the second week. Next track will have the BIGGEST jump ever built at jakes RC!! ITS GOING TO BLOW YOUR MINDS!!!!! Where the heck is everyone anyways!?!?!?!?

Again I appreciate everyone's support! I have a blast every weekend although ill admit I'm always wiped out at the end of the week. Just a fyi I spend 30 to 40 hrs in every track build and making 0$ To me its my #1 hobby! Crazy to think it all started with my bro and I tearing up his entire back yard to make an offroad track! Then we upgrade to work lights so we could race all night long all while driving every dog nuts in the neighborhood...barking non stop in the middle of the night. That seemed like yesterday..even with the niMh and brushed motors..super slow servos....its been an adventure. Having changed out the entire dirt in the track 3 times..maybe a couple thousand trips in and out of the garage door with the skidsteer. Ive seen the ups and downs...but anywho Thanks again fellaz!!

Thanks for all you do Alex. I know first hand how much work goes into working dirt, and its a bitch. I'll see if i can get the parts I need for my ride on roller for the next layout. Maybe I can bring it out and lend a helping hand.

Anyone who has been doing this any length of time certainly appreciates the work that goes into a track build.

To think, if we'd been paid for all the time over the years building tracks...

Thanks man! I feel like every year the layouts are getting better...I am learning as the years go on with layouts and designs...Its tough trying to satisfy all range of vehicles from Stock Corr trucks to Mod 4 wheelers..and novice racers to the veteran Pros. in a small area. This 3rd and final change of dirt is the bomb! Its deff started this season out with some super close high traction racing! My cars are glued...any who enough rambling haha...Hope to see yall make it down this year...Yall don't want to miss out on the Santa Shootout DEC 13th and 14th!

Would a sc10 2wd converted into a buggy be considered a mod 2wd buggy? Same class as a b4.2?

If I was to get 2 new vehicles would everyone suggest short course trucks or b4.1 or 4.2 buggies? I'm thinking buggies would be more fun for some reason.

Can't imaging why you'd convert and SC10 to a buggy, having to change out arms, shocks, shock towers, camber links, CVA's, chassis....WAY cheaper to find a good used buggy.

Hey remi357..I will be at the track tonight around 5 if you want to come down and check out what we have in the hobby shop..I can point you in the right direction. But I wouldn't suggest changing a sc10 into a buggy..almost impossible

Alex, if he came down to the shop some evening, you should let him wheel your buggy and SC. That way he can tell first hand what would best suit his needs....

There's a pretty good group of guys racing 4x4SC at Fastlane. I'm sure they'd be more than happy to race the Santa Shootout deal, if there is a class...

I was there Tuesday afternoon and ran my 4x4 slash by myself. I'm going to take my son there tomorrow around 12:30 to let him run.

I got 1 sc10 2wd already so I just need one more for my son. I was second guessing the truck and was thinking about buggies cause I don't want to buy more cars in the future. I already messed up once when I bought the 4x4's. just want to be sure this time around.

I think I'll just buy another sc10 for my son and ill be all set.

Sorry if I'm bugging the hell out of you guys
