LAST RACE ON THIS LAYOUT!!!! Whos in to finish the track off with some freestyle after the races...pull some tubes and do some jumping!! Next track will be a good one! I promise that! Rythym section in the middle step on step off..and a fast straight away on the back stretch!! Hope to see some good racing tomorrow night with no hacking??!!

Thinking about bringing out my SC10 race spec tonight. Got a few questions.
  1. It's got a 3300 KV Brushless Motor in it. Will this fit into a class? Whats legal?
  2. Roughly, what gear ratio should I run?
  3. Never really ran the box stock dirt tires. Would they work on the track?
On a side note... anyone know if I can shove a ball differential in the gearbox? I quit driving the truck months ago because the gear diff kept stripping out. I rather not rebuild it again while trying to get it shimmed right.

ok, well I 17.5, 13.5, and a 21.5 out in the garage. I just need to get it put into the truck and set up. Called Rich at Dee & Mee's and he is gonna get a rebuild kit for the gear diff for me. I knew there was a spacer issue but he said we can get the gear diff working perfectly. Maybe I'll grab my sons SC10 and bring that one out tonight. That one has been working fine since I rebuilt it.

I'm definitely not going to be competitive, I never raced offroad before. So I need to be in a novice or the slowest class I can get into with a corr truck, not mod :P I don't want to be hackin on others and be in the way.

Sounds like stock tires will work for me till I get the hang of getting around a dirt track.

New track just about has it all! Gonna be a good one for sure - just a few features left.

New track is looking great! Going to be a slower lap time I think, but we'll see once it's finished.

BTW- Jake has a b44.2 in stock for anyone looking to upgrade or get into 4 wheel drive.
