i've ran smc batteries now for about 3 years and every one of those damn packs bubbled up after the 3rd or 4th charge. WTH? and they wouldn't warranty them either. i'd say you'd be faster with a 16 pack of AA batteries in my opinion instead of your smc packs.

I use these, plenty of punch and good runtime. Just an opinion.

I run the 5400 40C pack with great results have never had any issues ran them mostly in 1/8 buggy 2-2s packs in series.. That would be the most demanding thing that u could put the packs through... No problems with them at all... And I'm not just saying that b/c they sponsor me.. I tell the truth
