Yeah I agree a 13.5 would be plenty of motor for jakes thats why im taking my elec. out of my TC4 to put in my B44. Im goin to try this 4wd buggy thing I drove joe's once and I thought I needed one (got hosed on that deal) but since im fixing it all and putting all this money in it im goin to race it for at least a couple of months before I sell it and look for a T4 or some kind of stadium truck.

speaking of stadium trucks who all has one and is plannin to run it at jakes.

13.5 is plenty for 4wd buggy, id say 10.5 no boost is on the fast side but still controllable for jakes, any more and you just looking to break stuff.

we run stock and mod sc 2wd, stock is:
corr body and tires, no 1/8 tires
17.5 brushless or 27T brushed
2s

Mod is open, with corr body and 2s

4wd corr is pretty new for this area but there are a few, i havent heard of any official rules but id imagine that its Corr body and tires ( no 1/8), open motor, and 2S max. again just my guess.

i havent heard of a start date but Alex said around september time on sundays at 1pm.

COME ON UP AND RACE!

I'm completely fine with Sunday racing....it actually works alot better for me and I look foward to racing.
I raced at Jim's and we started at 1pm sharp.....I remember because we went to church and still had time to get 1 practice battery. So I am confused???? Why are we changing the day? Jake's has had by far the best attendance of any race track. Why Sunday?

From what I understand....so that the track owner can actually race a complete race day at his own track.
