Also what tires are working? It sounds like smoothies are the way to go just wondering on compound.
Track is about 45X65 in size and is sticky clay. Tire choice for buggy anyway has been narrowed down to slicks with most guys running Losi taper pins in pink compound. A few of us are also running clay compound Panthers with good success...."A" main winner ran Panther clay slick rears with Losi pink taper pins in the front. Gonna try full slicks front and back tonight. I've posted a few pictures of the current layout on page 10. Oh yeah, I live in Lawrence too...

Are you sick of it already? I guess if you have to time and money then if can be redone. It cost around 600.00 plus our time to build that one

I HATE my car but THINK I may have found at least one problem I have with my current setup and I think it might have something to due with Ace servo I have. The servo works fine but is very heavy....pulled out the scale and I find that it weighs in at 2.40 oz. I have two dead(?) JR sevos laying around and they come in at 1.54 oz for a 4750 and a metal geared 8450 comes in at 1.92 oz. Soooo...thinking I may have weight balance issue going on with a lipo battery that weighs nothing and a aluminum cased pig of a servo up front.....might explain why my car is so loose on the brake

Any thoughts on this....what would you do..? Replace the servo or pile a crap load of lead to it.

hell gary, mine weighs 3.71 lbs. with dirty tires. just weighed it. i don't run a aluminum case servo though. i would stick with the servo and add some weight to balance car out. also it's cheaper too.
