Does anyone know...the best method to cutting 1/8" plexiglasss? jigsaw with upwarded cutting blade? metal cutting blade?....table saw? thanks

alex if you have a table saw, a triple chip fine tooth carbide blade around 40teeth for a 10" blade will work very well. Jigsaw will work if you put tape on both sides of plexi and use a super fine blade. Never tried the score and snap, might work.
Mayor, dude, come to topeka with your buggy some weekend...where have you been latley? PM me or something.

Yo, never see you on FB anymore. 1/8 season is coming up, almost done with electric. I will probably be out to the new track in Topeka if things work out.
Score and snap works on plexiglass, much less mess of plastic flying everywhere. It probably wouldn't work if it was a tight circle, but on straight lines and long curved lines it should just snap apart if scored. Lexan is the same way, cool way of cutting out a body, just score along the lines and bend backwards and forward once and the piece pops off.

I seen a jig saw blade for plexiglass for cutting out designs, it didnt have teeth on it, it had rough sandpaper type edge. In the glass shop, they cut plexi just like real glass, scoring and snapping

Dad and myself will be back this weekend. 13.5 buggies for sho Don't know that I'll have the 4wheeler with me this week as I never ordered a new shock shaft to replace the one I broke a couple weeks ago.
Does anybody have an extra 17.5 they would let me borrow for a night? I just want to try it out before a decide to run out and buy one

Kuffs, tell joe to bring that 4wheeler hes been talkin about.
17.5 and 13.5 buggy are almost the same running a 17.5 is almost like running a 13.5 with no timming, or having a slow throttle curve. same lap times just more managable power, or atleast thats how it was for me.
