A pedestrian was grazed by a stray bullet fired Thursday evening during an attempted robbery at a tattoo shop in the 1200 block of S. Kansas Avenue, police said.
Topeka police Capt. Ron Jeanneret said officers responded at
8:42 p.m. to an attempted robbery in progress at Absolute Tattoo, 1212 S. Kansas Ave., to find a man in the area who suffered minor injuries from a gunshot.
Police said an employee at the business engaged in a struggle with an armed man who attempted to rob the business.
One shot was fired during the struggle.
Sgt. Steve Taylor said a man was struck about two blocks away from the fight.
"It struck an innocent pedestrian down the street," Taylor said. "It only grazed him, thank God."
The victim refused treatment by American Medical Response at the scene.
Police said the gunman fled the area in a white, four-door, 1980s model Toyota passenger car, possibly a Corolla. The gunman was described as a white man with long blond hair, no shirt and wearing blue jeans.
Police said about a half dozen witnesses were being interviewed.
Police ask anyone with information to contact detectives at (785) 368-9400 or Crime Stoppers at (785) 234-0007.
So there you go.....to whom that has missed it. I dare that fool to return.

Hopefully I will have my 4 wheeler in there running with you guys shortly. I know just being there for the short period saturday has got me itching for some indoor electric now.
I also have Cubbys B44 all together, just need to install elctronics and he's ready to go.
Zig I'd love to take one of those losi's off your hands but I gots to get some batteries before anything else. Plus I'm leaning more towards a B4 for 2wd
