Alright first of all i hope everyone had a good time racing yesterday, I would have love to come out but i worked saturday after 2 hours of sleep friday night and when i got done at work i came back and went to sleep. Well now im wondering what it was like running to stock slashes with the sc10s and if the 17.5 had a big advantage on anything because ive been thinking with all the rage with the short course trucks im sure other companies will soon becoming out with their own version and it may be time to come up with a spec motor for everyone i thought at first the reedy radon that comes in the sc10 would be great but then it would make more sense to buy a sc10 and no one would buy a slash so then i looked and looked and orion makes a motor with bushings leads already soldered on and it only 30 bucks it is a 17 turn and i was looking for a 19 turn with leads soldered on but this is all i could find (link to the tower page should be below) they also make a bearing version but its $10 more and im still trying to make this affordable for everyone so we can get more people involved. If anyone has any suggestions or thinks this is a completly ridiculous idea let me know.

I say we make it an open "mod" class until we see the guys running faster motors have an advantage. A fast motor won't make you faster in that class on a indoor track. Just as long as they have corr truck tires, wheels, bodies and all that good stuff. That is just my idea since, those trucks can't put the power down anyways so.... In my opinion spec classes are not any cheaper than other classes in the long run.

ok yes i noticed that on my slash when going hard through a corner it would lift one of the rear tires and just light up that tire, so ive been trying to figure out how to eliminate some body roll and see if there is anything i can do to the STOCK diff to improve this problem, but whos to say someone cant or hasnt taken the optional ball diff from traxxas or mip and installed it on their truck there isnt really anyway to tell except to remove the diff.
