Yeah, it was fun gettin on the track again, not that my cars n trucks are ever tuned finely, but it sure seemed like some gremlins got in my office and messed with ALL my settings cuz my stuff ran like CRAP! ha ha, oh well, I will take time and get it right someday.
But yeah, maybe a race in a couple of weeks and I will have a new track next time, it will be an excuse to use my new pull behind tiller!

Yes Jake's does have a Slash class, the truck is to remain all stock accept for the radio. All the tracks are allowing the radios to be changed to allow more people to use 2.4 gig radios to free up the channels. There is also several SC10's being purchased, which will probably lead to a core class.

I am new to RC racing and live in Wichita. I have a Traxxas Slash and would like to race. There are no indoor tracks in Wichita. Hutch only runs in the winter. Can you tell me where the track is that you race at and the times. When you say completely stock can you change the body, shock weight. Thanks, Bill.

Yes you can change the shock oil,as long as you use the stock shock and the white springs it originally come with.As far as bodies go most tracks allow the ProLines truck bodies for "Slash", JC Concept truck bodies for "Slash", and the stock Traxxas Slash bodies. The stock Slash class will only allow you to change out the radio system, change pinion gear, and spure gear count with Traxxas gear design, and bodies from one of the three listed above, and the shock oil to what ever weight you would choose. Replacement parts are only the one's listed in your parts manual for the Slash,no upgrades.
