more pod droop means the car will transfer more weight wehn you come off power to the front end of the car. Generally, it will make the car turn more off power.

I have a ride height question. I did a search and found what roughly to have for ride height. My question is should the rear pod plate be level with the main chassis or should there be some angle.

the union between the pod and main chassis should be the lowest point on the car. This is known as "sag." Sag makes the car easier to drive and makes it plant the front more off power and the rear on power. If the car is really pushy on power you can take some sag out of the chassis.
As far ride height goes, more than 3, less than 4. You can go as high as 4.5 at the very front and back of the car, but if the bite is high it might be dicey.

smojoe- Droop really doesnt affect on power quite as much since all it does is limit the expansion of the shock, and when are you accelerating you are compressing the shock so droop really does not have an affect on on power steering. The center shock is mainly what affects on power steering, and the side springs affect it a bit (that is if you are turning at all while accelerating).

Here's a question for all the veteran speed merchants out there,
I have nearly finished building my Rev 4.5. I ground down the steering blocks by 0.030" to run smaller tires. Mounting some front tires last night, it seems the inside of the wheels are slightly interfering with the top of the old skool arm (where the king pin comes out). It looks like I could probably just grind away a small amount of material to get the clearance I need. Is this step a normal part of the steering block mod, or did I go overboard in cutting down the blocks? As an alternative to grinding down the top of the arm, I could reshim the blocks on the king pin to move them up a little. Thoughts? Thanks.

.23 speedmerchant side springs
CRC purple fronts and grey rears
.22 front springs
for some reason it seemed really lazy coming into the corners
