I'm planing on retiring my 103

Doing the same.
My 103 has been super fast all year but I just got a 109 and also have a 104 (wide track,103 suspended).
Whenever I hit the track with too many cars I end up going
back to "ol reliable" and not concentrating on getting the new car dialed in.

I think Inzane has showed us we can start stepping away from the 103's and
still win.

Personally I'm not real big on the current version of the Corrally because the front suspension looks so bad and sticks out of the body at it's mounting points.

But at least I'll be enjoying it.

As far as that corally F1 goes. I have no idea, it's a rare car on the track. And I'd imagine it's expensive, both as a kit and to up keep.
at my local track, we have about 10-12 regular runners of F1 with 10 using the corrally. Most of the fast guy's are using it. One reason it is fast is due to the huge amount of grip it get's from it's rear foams...they are wide. The car itself seems to hold up well for most, but the tire's can cost quite a bit I've been told, and if they 'chunk' early, are useless.

While my F104 simply can't match the fast guy's in idea condition's, I can beat some of them regularly, so that give's me some hope as I slowly improve.

I personally don't like the look of the corrally...it's basically a pan car with indy style body.

Probably gonna stay with the F104 I have a thing with Tamiya. :blush. But you never know.....
Same as what Aussierevo said above a guy at our local club has a corally and usually wins, I think the pan car width tyres are a big plus against the narrower f104 tyres

At our local tracks the pan car Corrally and it's pan car tires are not welcome.

It's not going to be the corally or 109. There is an other F1 the market the HPI car Formula ten. Has this car been seen on any track. As read this car can hold the 4.8V and 7.2V batteries. How does it perform on the track?
I always thought that the 104 is the better car in relation to speed. The 103 is the faster car? And are you able to tune the 104 in such a way that it can keep up with others like the 109 and 103 etc?

Yes, the 103 is the faster car, but it's been retiered. And parts are going to be even harder to come by. So that's why I didn't suggest it. The F104 will be Tamiya's new flagship F1, and it's still new. The car has bugs that need to be worked out, but I believe in time it will be just as fast as any other car out there.

WOW.
Now that's the factory tour I want to go on.

Hate seeing all those cars under one roof like that.
A treasure like that needs to be shared with the world.

Is the F201 dead? Doesn't look like it ever really caught on with popularity. I've had one since 2003 undriven and unpainted with lots of spares.
Any F1 guys interested in buying a brand new built F201 AWD with Ferrari body?
