Does any one sell ally versions of the battery strap mounting posts? My plastic ones keep coming loose.

Hernandez. I was told by the UK importer of Tribo comm drops that you should never use any comm drops when breaking in a motor, the lower friction created by the comm drops does not allow the brushes to bed in.
Also make sure that you break in the V2 motor for at least 400 seconds at between 2 and 3 volts. Espically when using the enduro brushes as the are very hard wearing.
Edit: I always break my motors in at 0degrees timing. Not sure if this is right, but I have never had any problems.

both front and rear input shafts w/the small bevel gears are now available in Japan... can be ordered through Rainbowten... hope to have mine sometime next week. for the rear I like the one piece input shaft and spur gear mount instead.

I have a question about the spaces for the wheels. I run CS 27 tires and have had a problem stripping out the wheel hubs because of the spacers. I have tried others that are the same diamiter as the HPI ones but they seem to bind. Do i really even need them seeing as they drive me up the wall.

I've had this same problem. I just tighten the wheel nut more... I don't see any damage with a little more tightening in my car.

Just to let you know these are the only wheels that have happened to me so, i just reccomend just gettigng like yokomo wheels deeper hex hubs and better plastic.

Make sure that when you are tightening the wheel nut that the hex on the wheel is actually fitted into the hex on the car. I had this problem with some wheels with shallow hexes, you've just got to be a bit careful.
