Hi
Just wondering what are the advantages of the Delrin outdrives? They are slightly heavier then the stock Graphite ones, so why does Hara use them?

They will be slightly stronger, but would Hara be after strength or the advantage in acceleration he gets in the stock parts?

Thanks
Jonny

this new design has been proven to create better motor performance and less motor wear per run... very efficient...

I'm gonna start running more Mod Sedan in the coming race season and the Revo editions will be my motors of choice...
Thanks.......I think you guys just gave me a HOPE to hang on with electric racing, I am aware of these motor (with the angled brush location) but never awared of their name is called V2 or Revolution...

Here is the question....for example, what is the different between Team Orion Revolution Touring Motor 6x2..............VS the Team Orion Modified Touring Motor 6x2...?

Modified vs Touring......?

Also, that 6x1, 6x2 or 6x3....more wind = what? More Torque, less speed....? Less wind = more top speed less torque...?

Thanks for the info......

Alright, I just answered PART of my question....for those who want to know, here is the breakdown....

Modified versions have thick leg armatures for more effencency and Enduro brushes

Touring versions have thin leg armatures for more torque and enduro brushes

Surikarn Editions have thin leg armatures for more torque and sprint brushes

Orion touring is for on-road
Orion mod is for off-road

The wind:
"Rule of thumb....Singles have the most bottom end, then doubles and so
on. Multi-wire arms usually move the power band up in the RPM range. There are exceptions to this rule, but the average sways this way."

Jonny, the weight disadvantage of the delrin diffs is very small, I think it was about 0.1g for both sides of the diff. The delrin diffs are more durable and make the diff a bit smoother, plus they look nicer

PRP will be coming out with aluminum bulkheads by end of the year. What's wrong with the stock ones...they will be lighter than aluminum.

Aku-Man, thanks for the info.........so if i am running the PRO 4, I should get the TOURING motor, right..?
Also, I am running a 10x3 Reedy TI motor now....for apple to apple, does 10x3 has more TOP end (less bottom end) compare to the same motor with 10x1 arm...?
