I heard that Hara switched to Traxxas and that he will be running the prototype 5-tec at the World's later this year!

I heard the same thing...but Miura's staying with HB and HPI though. Hara and Traxxas is gonna be tough to beat.

Default oneway brace plate

Hey guys, we're now testing our prototype one way plates. If it meets our requirements and tests out successfully I'll post info on pricing and availability. But we need to get some race testing done first so it'll be a little bit longer.

The chassis and upper deck should be ready for testing within a week. I'll let you know how it goes. I spent many hours tweaking the designs and coming up with some cool features for the chassis. I've been working on it since I frist raced the kit back in February @ trackside. If you are interested, we have some preliminary images at our site on the Pro4 page.

I contacted Shane(futureal) about starting up a thread for Team PRP but I have not heard back from him yet. Hopefully he'll reply soon and we can get our thread open.

Thanks again!
Ben

Will 6.3 hexes clear the rear ball-cups, with Take-Off pre-mounts?

Tony - I beleive the hexes that Zombies posted is the same as using the stock ones with the washers. They do clear the premounts, barely. You may want to shave a little off the ballcups for additional clearance.
