I would only go 7 in the rear if I knew I needed to drift the corners a lot and wanted the rear end more stable.

I like 3k when there is plenty of grip and has tight 180's I can power around close to the pipe without wheel spin, but 5k is usually just about right for me.

You could probably dye it and would get better results. Lots of vids out there on how to dye wheels. I think taking a part the case voids the warranty however so paint may be your best bet in that regard. I guess paint made for plastic models would work well.

Paint would most likely destroy the RX8's cheap plastic case. LOLz.

TQ`ed and won my local club race this Sat. My SCT410 combined with Hobbwing power and VP-PRO tires was a winning combination. Going to a new raceway Sat. in Delaware, I hope there are lots of entries. G Force Raceway........................

RX8 Gen2 cases are not dyeable. Nail polish has been used as a semi-durable paint.

I'm pretty sure I had middle front and the one closer to front on the rear.

Here it is, only my 4th or 5th body ever, didn't do any stencils this time cus this will be a racer and get destroyed and I hand cut the stencils. It's spaz stix fluorescent pink and yellow with candy blue backed w chrome, hard to tell in pic but it pops in good light.

How do you think that body will handle on the track? Or better yet have you tried it out yet?

Yes. Pain but worth it.

It handles great, I have 2 Chevys now and the jconcepts ford250 which is the best when it's not real windy, Chevys best when jumping into a strong head wind.

Before u change tires, take off both the center and rear chassis braces. That does wonders for the stability of this truck.

Thanks for the suggestion, but already did that, I'm almost positive it's the tires, even took off rear sway bar cause there's no high speed turns, but it didn't seem to help so I put it back
