Running strong through the 10 minutes and not taxing your pack, no.

Lower power draw 2 pole setup, maybe. But not as fast and suckin it at the end.

As said... 7200 race pack.
It might also help to understand how large the track is he's running at? If you're on a small indoor track with 19s lap times vs a large outdoor track with 45s lap times then the power requirements will vary quite a bit. It's funny that most folks never ask the question about track layout before recommending power setups.

10 minutes is 10 minutes regardless of lap times. Power consumption over a period of time would dictate the mah requirement. Traction levels do play into power consumption of course but the main consideration is how much power your setup is pulling. A low amp draw 2 pole say the sc4x will get away with less battery than a pro4hd or tenshock or hobbywing 4 pole would on any given track... IMO.
If you want to run 10 min with a 7lb (+/-) with body truck and not have your pack sagging near the end, the 7200 pack (pick your manufacturer) is a safe bet and a few grams more than a 5600 pack.

Myself and others are just trying to give assistance so he's not buying batteries twice.

Should be at the track tomorrow (Thursday) for test and tune with the new CSI squared V-Ports pistons. Going to start with 20r/25f losi oil as I read on a EB48 someone ended up at 30/35. EB48 being around a pound heavier going down in 10wt and starting from there.

Broke my first part last night after driving/racing for 4 months. Rear inner hinge pin holder snapped off at the hinge pin when I snagged a pipe at high speed

These are the aluminum ones correct?

If so, did you have to drill the centers out, and how did you do it?

Don't think so, I believe he is talking about these, which are Delrin.

The aluminum ones are called CSI PRO V-PORT ALUMINUM PISTON, but he'll have to confirm

Correct they are the Delrin ones for the Kyosho.

Should be arriving in the mail today. USPS epic failed on shipping these. Shipped from TN, went to Ca, and then back to me in OK.

These should be installed and bench tested tonight (track tested Thursday). I'm running their V1 blue piston right now and really liking them so hoping these are even better.

Can't wait to hit the track with Sramos and Mattdub in a couple weeks. Sramos might make me buy some Fioroni pistons.

Got my AMS body back.

Anyone using the side airguards that can say if they are also good for keeping dirt out of the inside chassis? Can you really tell a difference using these for keeping air out and smoother cornering?

I have seem to keep the dirt out. Flys for consistently over big jumps.
