Misstatement on my part.

I love technology! It was only a year ago that the "little" 4600 was the fastest motor.. now it looks tiny compaired to the new standards.

The stator in the can are only as long as the rotor so i dont think it would really make much difference.

Has anybody ran the lrp dynamic 10 motors that Barry baker used? 4800kv. Does anybody know if it will work with the flow Esc?
Thanks

I think the Castle rotor is like that too, it is a 1410 motor so it should be about as long as the HobbyWing.

Thanks you guys. I kinda remember the post about the Tekno spring being a tad long but i gave up looking for the hot bodies spring in stock with everything else i wanted to order. I was gonna try internal limiters to get the correct ride height down.

I had 2 sets of grey fronts when I had my Dingo. I may have a set in the basement. If not check with Mitch at the track and see there they got to.

I emailed Tekno on DLC shock shaft availability--here's their response:

Hello Brian,
Glad to hear you are enjoying our truck. At this time we are still working to produce the best shock shaft coating we possibly can. The process of this is taking longer than we expected and we still don't have an ETA on them. This is because we are still testing them to make sure they hold up to the abuse.
We want to make the very best products we can and sometimes it takes longer than we would like, please check back with us in a few weeks and we might have an ETA for you.
Sorry for the delays in releasing them.
-Thomas

What's the deal with the HB greys being out of stock everywhere?
I picked up the Durango white/grey springs, about the same force and 65mm so that may help with ride height if you can't put your hands on the HB springs.

Edit: sorry, those are 4.26lb, silver/black is about right would think they are the same length but I can't find a reference.

White series is linear and silver series is progressive.

Are the shims in the addendum still needed in the latest batch of kits? And if so are they supposed to be included in the kit. I didn't see any.

Nope, we haven't used those since the second batch of eb48's. Not needed.
