If that makes any sense at all. I'm thinking about building my shocks vented next time around. If anybody has had good results with the vented shock let me know.
I've had zero nose down issues that some people report. I run my shocks emulsion and have been using Kyosho MP9 Springs (light Blue, orange, and yellow).

I like the design moth. How are you going to do the front chassis brace? Those outdrives are mighty tight looking in the front of the car and might bind up or worse. Maybe the brace might work

http://www.xtremercracing.com/Produc...11431&pID=1562 Yeah there is no nose down issue just a damping issue with the box setup is all for people coming from the losi trucks.

I like it! Looks just like my Xray XB4 that I loved. Wonder if you could fit the same layout in the EB48 with a pair of shorty 2s lipos like that.

Got any pics of the chassis? Did you just drill new holes in the stock chassis to relocate everything? Or is it a custom chassis.

I had to mill out alot of material from the side pods and all new holes on the stock chassis. Maybe I'll make a custom chassis at a machinist, I have to admit the holes are a touch off since I drilled them by hand.

Let me tell you the chassis is made of some real hard stuf, had a hard time drillind through it. And for the guy that said it looks like a serpent...I hope it handles like my 811e, I love that car.

yeah, i was thinking battery capacity could be an issue in that configuration. i think the biggest saddle i've seen is 6000mah. maybe dual shorty config?

Dual shortys are banned. The rangos could not run them.

sure, for a ROAR setup. for club racing or non-ROAR events, it's still an option.
