Has anyone actually used TKR5570-17 to run their SCT410 as an 1/8 buggy with the wing kit, bumper, and body? Did you keep the standard 2s SCT electronics in there? Any issues?

This is how I had mine mounted and I didn't have to trim anything.

Yeah I really like the fit of the Losi performance body. Its a great fit and looks good as well. An added benefit is you can spend a few bucks more and get a pre cut one.

Barely had to trim for it to fit, I did it this way as opposed to Prostreet314 because I was nervous about wires getting tangled in the driveshaft .

+1 on the losi performance body, I run that the most. I also run and like the proline tundra body sometimes.

I have it from esc to motor and the wires are about an inch long and there is no issues. Although it seems a little tight when I go to get the motor and plate off to clean or redo the middle diff oil. Can't get the motor out of the way enough.
If you do them straight across it can pull the 3 tabs on the motor away from the fiberglass chip...if that makes any sense lol...this is why so many people have switched it I think...I know thats why I switched the wires around on my sct410 and eb48....

Also its nice to have a little extra wire for when you want to pull the mud guard without pulling the motor.

Thanks for your input,
I have run the truck twice with the stock springs and oils and feel it is a very good starting point. when you get the truck order some springs with it that's what I did. Try them first. on two tracks my truck has been perfect with them.
