yes, the sc10 4x4 wheels will give you the correct width on a slash with the protrak kit with no mods

There's no need to raz a guy for asking a question. After all he asking about wheels that for the SC10 4x4. Some people just need to learn to not have reply to every post. If you don't know the answer simply don't post. Graze over it and answer a post you can. God forbid a Slash owner dare post a on our beloved SC10 4x4 thread. Rant done.
Now to answer your question...yes, it will fit. I throw all my used race wheels on my son's Slash with the Protrac suspension mod with no worries.

Some of the things you might want to look at is a brace to run a loose belt, and clutch basket. I ran a mamba max pro with 3800kv and rx8 with 4000kv. Rx8 setup is really fast. Good luck, any other question let me know.

I really need some help:
Currently, I have a SC10 4x4 with a Traxxas Velineon motor/ ESC setup using the optional 18t pinion from my Slash 4x4 and AE's 32P spur gear. The problem is that the ESC and motor are running extremely HOT (motor is about 220 F & ESC 154 F). I'm guessing my gearing is the problem. What would you suggest I use instead? By the way, I am using a 2s lipo to power truck.

With the right gearing the VXL stuff will work. Not as well as some other stuff but it will work well enough.... Properly geared.....

i dont feel that i raz'd him at all, if you ask about something FOR a slash truck than it seems to me that its a Slash question if he asked if the slash wheels fit the SC10 well thats a SC10 question! anyway i didnt mean to offend him and he didnt seem to take it that way. if i did, sorry.

I hate this season... but it's paying. Retail. Blows.
I've cleaned up my truck and am considering putting it away for the winter. I cannot afford the prices that would entail to properly get back into racing style, practice to be competitive and succeed without quite a bit of money on track time alone. It's not in the cards. I may be finding myself a couple video games or take up knitting...
I have no idea.

Anyone try running lighter fluid in the front diff like 10k without being pinned?
