Depends on your motor, ESC, battery, and where you mount everything. I put my truck on the scales last night, and the balance was close enough to even, that I don't have to add any weight. I'm running an RX8, mounted back almost against the motor, no radio box or radio tray, with the receiver right infront of the RX8. Running a Tekin SC4X 4.5 motor, and a Gens Ace 5000 lipo shifted all the way back. A smaller, lighter ESC and/or motor, or a heavier lipo may require adding ballast weight to balance the truck side to side.

What scale are you guys using to weigh your rc's? And I can't wait for those ae hexes as well as the factor team sways to come back into stock.....

I use 4 1000gm digital scales. About $10 each on Amazon.

they need to release those damn spring kits. i think this would help setting up the truck with the whole bouncing effect.

I'd be happy with some individual spring releases if the kits are anything like what the B4 and T4 had, most of the springs were not usable for normal offroad conditions.

Found a place with front swaybars in stock. Rears are backordered but they do carry those as well. Didn't see it posted on here before so figured I'd share...AFTER I ordered the front set I needed.

So the community knows....
The Savox SC-0251 servo will fit the SC10 4X4 but just barely. It needs to sit about 1mm further forward than the alignment tool wants to let it.

This servo is VERY strong and rather inexpensive but not the fastest in the world. It's been working great for me in various short course 4X4s for several months now.
