I would definitely bring a set of blue springs and lighter swaybars with you in case you need them, although I found that I didn't need to change anything but tires between indoor and out. Obviously the correct tires for the track are important, I happen to like SS Enduros for outdooor.
Ill try to post some tonight. Looks similar to Sugs but I left the brace on and used a B4 battery hold down.
Sugs- are you running any ballast?

I will have the springs and bars with me. I also like the Enduros. I know the track very well and have had my SC10 4x4 there last year but the truck was a POS. I have like I said been following this thread and Have made many changes and adjustments to the truck. I have it working very well indoor right now. I am actually enjoying driving the truck. This Sunday will be the first time outdoor since I made all the changes. This track has very big jumps and I know the heavier trucks will have an advantage. I originally had a Castle 3800 4 pole in the truck that I have changed to a Novac 4.5 550. It works great indoor I hope it has the topend for outdoor. If not I'll have to put the 3800 back in.

Nope, no ballast. My truck is just a tick under 6lbs.

I ran the castle motor for over a year and just loved it, motor is no joke. It moved my truck very well indoor and out. I just recently changed to a HW 3656 SD 4000kv motor because I wanted to try sensored. It it just a touch faster but not as efficient. I ran my truck a couple times outdoor earlier in the year at a big series race and was pleasantly surprised how hooked up it was. Good luck with your truck this Sunday!

killed 4 rear ballstuds last week two 10mm on exotek hubs one 12mm on inner shock tower and 1 8mm on exotek hubs all of them were brutally abused to do this like repeated flight attempts and cartwheels.
but ordered new shims that are wider 8mm so it should help the load space out so they don't bend or snap as easily according to CraigMBA who got me the link to the wider shims.

I'll help you and my info is real,, not make believe or lies like the common denominator for 98% of the problems here.

This is all the same data as the manual but its easier to read and understand I should forward it to M2C lol.

Its a bit difficult to understand but I think I got the basics.

There are 6 inserts total
4 white and 2 black
They have different amount of notchs or drilled marks in the insert blocks

2 white inserts with 1 notch or hole in the middle equal stock settings

1 white inserts with 1 little notch or hole off center
1 black inserts with 1 little notch or hole off center

1 white inserts with 2 little notches or holes
1 black inserts with 2 little notches or holes

The combinations require you to use the different color inserts with the same amount of notches on them just switch from left to right to change degrees. 1 block will be black and the other white on every combination except the stock setting which is why the stock setting has 2 identical white blocks where every other combo is 1 white and 1 black insert but with same notches.

regular squat = notches rotated down
-1 anti squat = notches rotated up

1 notch center (white) X2 = 3.2 setting
Using the 2 identical notch center blocks (white) rotated down installed on both passenger and driver side = 3.2 setting

1 notch off center (white)x1 = 2.75/3.25
1 notch off center (black)x1
Using the 1 notch off center (white) on driver side and 1 notch off center (black) on passenger side rotated down = 2.75 toe
if I switch the 1 notch off center (black) from passenger side to driver side and do the same with other block = 3.25

2 notch off center (white)x1 = 3.50/2.50
2 notch off center(black)x1
So to get the 3.5 maximum toe I would use
2 notch off center (white) on driver side and 2 notch off center (black) on passenger side rotated down = 3.5 toe

2 notch off center (white) on passenger side and 2 notch off center (black) driver side = 2.5 toe

There is a driver and passenger side
Looking at the block as it would be mounted and with lettering visible left is driver side and right is passenger side. All verified by actual M2C creator we had a nice 30 minute chat on a tuesday.

cool. Looks like he was using some M2C pistons there. Also higher rear diff fluid than what seems to be usually reported.

I'd pitch you some peanuts but as you said, don't feed the trolls ...

But I am glad for you that you can ignore the non-ae pistons since as you have said basically before, you don't need any but the AE ones ...

I guess he didn't find that to be the case?
