I do have a tendency to over tighten things, so I'm pretty sure that was the cause, though a solution needs to be found so it doesn't happen again.
Maybe someone has had this problem and has found a remedy, if so, please post..
Try a washer under the wheelnut if you aren't already using one.

I use the middle pistons front and rear.

Congrats to Cameron and Darren for the 1-2 win in NW SC Nats. It was worth running the C-main so that I could watch the action in the triple A-mains. Some really fast guys in this event. Great competition.

My truck never failed me once all weekend at the Nats and at my local track today. I TQ'd and won 4wd SC today. Three days solid of some great racing, practice and a few big hits in there as well. Just keeps on trucking.

My C-main race from yesterday's NW SC Nats.

No swaybars
Losi 8ight shocks
Castle MMP/1410 3800kv geared 16/62
XP1015 servo
Venom 60c 2s
Barcodes in orange compound
Locked clicker
30k front/ 3k rear diffs

I ended up 19th overall out of over 40 drivers in 4wd open class. Lots of SC10 4wd rigs at this event with a few scattered Losi/Hyper/Jammin/Slash trucks.

Thanks to Cameron Kellogg for taking a break from slaying the competition to shoot the vid for me. I'm the blue truck with the white roof if you can't figure that out. Click the vid for HD.

Here is my video from today at my local track. Only four guys showed up to run 4wd SC and one guy broke during the last heat, so just three of us in the main. Everybody else was running truggy and buggy.

Only change to my setup was tires. This track is regular old loamy dirt. Proline Gladiators work awesome for it. I made a few bobbles and the wind grabbed the body on a couple of the bigger jumps, but overall not bad for my first weekend with this rig, IMO. I went through two MMP fans today. Ended up just yanking it off the ESC to get more air to the heatsink. It was coming off the track at about 170 degrees. Gonna have to find a better fan or the dirt from this track is going to kill all my fan cooled speed controls.

Got to see one in person this weekend. The driver I watched is not the best, but the truck made even him look good. Pretty much made up my mind on whether or not to get this or a SC10. Truck looked great.

I had this problem also and installed the Tekno RC 12mm M6 aluminum hubs for the Slash 4x4. It also required .6mm worth of shims (per wheel) and the slash drive pins.
