Got my v2 upgrade today and installed it. Starting with 5 pins and it had really good straight line acceleration but maintained off power turn in and I could really use the throttle to drive the corner. Big ++++ next race is the first Friday of may so I have time to fine tune.

What are people using as spacers to make ride height on the rear shocks when they switch to the short front springs?

Move the clip on spacers to the other side of the lower spring retainer. It will space up the lower spring retainer and make it have better ride height adjustment. The little handle will line up in the groove of the spring retainer.

That c-clip you mention with the little handle is that what's being use to prevent CVA's from hitting the outdrives?

Hey guys, I got a problem. I just got a Tekin Pro4 4000kv in my sc10 4wd and its is getting way hot with the gearing the tech support says to run. I started with a 15t pinion and the 62 spur. Run 5 laps and the motor was at 180, the LRP SXX TC was at 135. No boost at all. Went down to a 11t pinion and brang temps to 175, not a whole lot of difference. Need to get this set up going. any help will be appreciated.

I'm running 4000 with rx8. No drag break. 62/14. Not sure what kind of slipper ur running but if it's loose it will heat up ur motor. Make sure ur belt and everything else is moving freely. That's my opinion.

Small to Med outdoor with small jumps and tight 180's. Hard pack clay sand mix.
