If I remember correctly, ck said that you can cut and shorten them. Check with Mike, but I think they just need to be equal length so you don't affect timing.

i see everyone with your crazy c rating. well if your run a 4.5 550 you can get a way with just 35c.(if you try much lower c you taps will taps will get to hot)40c should be a perfect fit. for the rest of you with you 90c even if it did some how give you more punch (it should not/iam not sure but if i was to guess 50c would be the max power you can get that you motor can take+many battery lie on the c rating) what the point where on dirt!!!!
let do some math the lower your volts the more amps your going to run. so let say you at the end of your run 6.5volt and you run a SC4X 4.5(550) witch is 900watts your amps would 138.46/// let use the Carbon Pro 90c 2s 5000mah this how you do the math 90x5000=450000/1000=450amps(that continuous amps not even max). so why do you get a battery 450amps wend all you need is 138.46amps. a 35c 5000 is 175amps. i had a 20c 4500 that melt the tabs witch is 90amps far to little.
plz tell me if i am wrong!!! with my numbers.

I called them today when I saw that since I've had one on backorder since Feb 1st. They are listed as "in stock, limited quantities" however the stock that they received came in in their Reno warehouse and is only for filling backorders. The next shipment will be the same and so on until all the backorders are fulfilled. The likeliness of them actually having stock on hand to purchase will probably be highly unlikely for quite some time. I always call and get on them when I have something on backorder and it shows "in stock"
