Default PNWS video of A2

Here is video from the PNWS race this past weekend. Truck was good until around 3:39 right after a wreck the screw came out of the piston and the fluid started to leak out. You can see the truck start to bounce on landing the big jump. Then the shaft pulled out of the shock with about 3 to 4 laps left. The truck was real good and I was up by a half a lap when things all went

RCShox pistons, steering rack, and slipper pads. MTK v1 basket. and my setup

(Orange and White truck starting in TQ spot.)

Fun track, really shallow though, those lanes are tight! lol

Looks like a lot of fun though. Man I miss indoor clay.

I know... that's why I kept getting torn to shreds from the Slashes when I slow down for Marshals. /notracing ( I do not speed by them, especially since it's almost always some 10yr Kid. )

Getting around someone requires a little more effort without being a douche'.

Yeah you get used to it.

One thing I did notice in that video that made me go was cars getting marshaled and just put down facing any old direction. I *always* marshal the car in such a way that they can get going in the right direction right away.

I'm sure it wasn't on purpose but it was still a moment. lol

Not gonna lie, I noticed that too. I do the same, Flip it in Traffic direction. Even when they get turned around in a tumble, but land on tires, if it's a good driver and see's me reaching, they'll stop and i'll rotate them.

It's all we have to race on during the winter. Now you see why I am always taking about more rotation. This is one of the first layouts that 4w was faster than 2w.

Even better, a good driver will drive to the corner marshal, haha.

Nah, I feel ya. I used to race on a track maybe slightly bigger than that, a lot more square though.

There's good bit of videos on YouTube: Speedster Hobbies/The Clay Pit Raceway

I really miss that place. Wish the fire marshal hadn't shut it down.

Got a goodie box today, got a set of the hard anno shocks, going to put them together and try them at the track this weekend.

Has anyone had to mess with their belt tension much?

Mine are still 3/3. Tension feels good still.

Nope. I set it at 2/3 new belt, then 3/3 for 6+ months of carefree running.

(and everyone dreaded the... infamous rubber belt!)

Hey Cameron, nice video! My local track is around the same size and it takes throttle control to get around a small tight track like that. Everyone from 2nd down needed driving lessons!
