Not a worry, They'll be there.

I'm going to play with it tomorrow. (cross fingers) and get it running this week. Then If people want them, i'll send them out till the AE ones come in. Which they are fixing it.

The jconcepts but I wasn't going to cut my post up to fit ontop of my brace. I guess that would be easier though.

you are talking about the dif case mod right? well i ordered bearings from avid but the ones i got were open cage so i just swapped them with the idler gear bearings since they are the same size. it wa a royal pain for me to machine so i only did the rear.

What's this crazy clicking sound

Yes I know about the clicker on the front of the car and it will click occaisonally under heavy breaking. I do have it locked down. Kinda sounds like it's coming from the rear of the car.

I serviced my diffs the other day and every since then. When I accelerate my car makes this clicking sound under heavy acceleration. Also when I am coming out of right hand turns. When I get on the gas the car pulls to the right. i mean really pulls or rather the rear end comes around. Hower turning to the left no problems. If this was Nascar it would be the ticket. These problems started after I serviced my diffs

Car set up:
Tekin Rx8 Tekin 4.5 12t pinion
20000 front diff 5000 rear diff
Ride height 25 front and Back with body on
Slipper basket installed
Tires Slicks

More than few ringer's in the Rumble ...

If you land in the b ?

Strap it & bump out there....

Best of luck with your race ...

Every one here that reads this thread !

I promise not to give in to the antics of a few who can't be a good teammate with our rides ...

They say some low things about me , but its all good .

Just one thing to be clear if I can ....

Scott Brown is one of the few who are on the Ae Factory Team..
One of the few racers on the Team that actually makes a salary for racing Rc car's ....

So if Scott can trust me to prepared his personal Sc-10 4x4 ride for the Rumble in the Rocky's ?

Perhaps you guys also could trust me & my advise as well ....

I think the aerodynamic effect of the body is having a greater effect due to the lighter weight than most of us are chalking up.

Yes the truck is lighter so it's more nimble, but the parachute of a body also has more lift.

So, either we have to add more weight or remove more body maybe. Maybe I'll hack up and old practice body and do some testing, see how it turns out.

I met Scott when I was in Seattle a few months ago. I tried to get in a last minute club race at TRCR but my truck broked and I had like 5 minutes of practice (not that I cared about that, I was just looking to have some fun).

Scott's a genuinely nice dude. Neat place to boot.
