Anybody have a release date on these? I just finished building my 4WD and don't want to waste a set of wheels/tires. I could go through the trouble of dismounting, but don't feel like it. I can't wait to run this car.

I really hope they make a Small pin, holeshot clone. Even a smaller version of the gridiron would be great. I am having really good luck with the wear on the soft gridirons.

I hate to buy new tires just to realize the tread height is too tall for my application which is med/high bite clay........then we ghost them.....why not make a design with the tread height shorter when MOST guys running indoor on med/high bite clay are not running full-pin?

Trevor: +1 brother. It kills me to see or have to do that to a brand new tire.

For your application yes I totally get it but that means the tire companies would have to make two different tires one of them being just for your application only when they can make one tire for every application and just have you ghost them to make them better for you.

First shipments of tires and foams have gone out earlier this week. The major distributors and stores should be seeing them in the very near future

Amain has recieved the tires and CC foams. It appears that the tires do not come without any foam, closed or open. Bummer.

Ran the new Rebar rears in soft with the red inserts.. absolutely awesome... These look like they are going to be the "go-to" tire for indoor for me at least.. They are better than Losi pinks and don't wear nearly as fast.. dialed

What tires do most run at Long Island?

If you're referring to LIR, it was pink BK Bars.

Do the red inserts seem softer than a Proline?

The inserts are about just as soft, but with akas cut outs in the under side of the insert, it makes them softer when glued up. If you rub your thumb across the two, the akas feel like they'll last a lot longer too. The aka inserts are what I will only use for now in 1:10 buggy.

I sold 10 sets in minutes, guys went out glued them up and came back a half hour later and they all said the same thing. Best tire ever. High bite indoor clay track.

These were the soft compound. Red foams feel just like the prolines. Real soft compaired to jc foams.
