I've never broke a set since the truck released.. hmm I've had some nasty landing and super flips on are old triple.. LOL set the height so you just clear your tires, then snip the excess on the underside of the post off. That's about all I do, like I said.. zero broke in 2yrs.

I have not broke a body mount either. I am still running the original ones from when the truck first came out.

Run them as low as you can in the mounts. Drill new holes to get them lower if you have to.

I have not broken any either . The only thing I have broken in 6 months is one front bumper .

Ive busted 1 rear body mount in a year of hard (bad?) driving.

Not sure what the new part is going to be. Split center diff mount woud be cool but would take a new motor mount as well.

Aluminum front spindles and carriers woud be something but not necessary IMO.

Not sure... I think theyve nailed everything.

Just wanted to post an update on my Hobbywing SCT Pro ESC, this thing is awesome! The ESC runs MUCH MUCH cooler than the motor. Right now I'm running a 14t pinion and it hauls some good ass but it seems the motor is getting hotter than it should. I'm thinking about changing pinion sizes but all I have is a 15t and from my experience, that will make the motor run hotter. Then again, I've seen some stories where people put bigger pinions on and the motor doesn't get as hot as it used to. What say ye?

BTW, motor is a Tenshock SC411 4000kv. And I wish I had an infrared temp sensor

I broke 1 of the 4 on my second race with the truck. You might check if your body is too tight. Oval out the body holes a little to give the body some play to relieve an tension on the mounts. I've seen some posts of guys replacing the stock mounts a Traxxas body mount that is a little more flexible.

Wow i can't believe you guys haven't broken any? I've snapped off at least 10 so far on various places on the truck. Seems like the plastic they are made of is very brittle.
