Quick question, just gave my V3 a shake down.
I am running a novak havoc and a sanwa 462.
I stuck them on the plastic plate and i am finding i am getting a bit of vertical movement of those components (whole plate flexing upwards)., and i am worried about coming losing and braking / hiting something.

Has anyone experieced this and does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

3.what pinion gear for motor on 6.5? i looking for something not super high speed but yet something that has pull/push for them corner turn with jumps/whoops ect...

4.also some hop ups...i see that the rear dont have alumin hub carrier like the front..looking to get the rear later on as i build and run from there.. as for what degree..also part number or any other brands that have nice alumin upgrades that offer diffirent colors ect..

thanks..
Unfortunately hop ups don't make you go faster. I found the stock rear carriers are fine, the only real hopups needed are the rear diff holders, servo arm, diff hoops
Just now its tresrey and durango that do parts for it... the tresrey website is a pain in your wallet!!

As for setups etc check the durango website or petitrc

Does anyone know where I can get a carbon chasis from? Also, can I run the carbon chasis with the plastic side pods.

Thanks

Per above. Tresrey's site says "It is best to use with standard aluminum chassis side plate (TD310016/TD310017)."

I ran mine with the plastic side pods for 6 months until I sold it. I also ran it with the aluminium side pods until one of the front upper brace post holes busted out (on the aluminium side pod). The plastic calmed down the front end a little. I also never had a drive shaft pop out from over flexing.

Whats the advantages of running the carbon chasis? I am currently running 17.5 non boost.

in stock 17.5 blinky class weight is your number 1 advantage hands down it would be a lot lighter mate

in mod we dont need them light but in stock you want it as close to legal weight as possible and you wont get that with the normal chassis

Yup same here. Just kept the part for the Antenna mount to screw thru the chassis.

I am usually there for the Saturday Night Fever races. Cush would come once in a while. I will be there Next SNF for sure! Also looks like you bought all your rango stuff since the last winter SNF series.
