Just an FYI. My first weekend out with my RB5 I had to tighten the diff almost all the way to keep it from slipping so, I tore it apart tonight and tried a trick we used to do with the Schumacher diffs. I glued the diff rings to the out-drives. WOW! what a difference I was able to set the diff looser and no slippage. Smooth and tight just the way I like it! LOL!
I plan on doing my ZX5 tomorrow night.

Give it a try you'll be surprised!

Plain old CA. When you need to change the rings just pop them off and chip off the old CA. No damage to the out-drives. Trust me! The Schumacher guys have been doing this for years!

I had the steering rack fall apart on me. The nut backed out. 3X6 flanged bearings and some shims should solve the issue. I am waiting for AVID to get some bearings in stock. They should be here soon.

At my track we have this weird quad that makes you cart-wheel three times if you didnt take it right! I still haven't broke my car since I got it 3 months ago it just might have been a fluke..

I am not running a sway bar on my RB5 currently. I only have the stock one on the rear of my ZX-5.

Sway bar part numbers for the ZX-5 are as follows
LA236-10 1.0mm Nickel
LA236-11 1.1mm Gold
LA236-12 1.2mm Sliver (this is stock for ZX-5)
LA236-13 1.3mm Copper
LA236-14 1.4mm Black
LA236-15 1.5mm Golden
LA236-16 1.6mm Chromium

RB FIVE, if you are ever in a pinch, the MRC Acedemy part for their shocks is almost exactly the same and will fit inside the ZX5/RB5 shocks perfectly. That plastic piece has broken on me more than a few times and it is expensive to buy Kyosho's part tree for to only get two of those pieces. I love my two Kyosho buggies, but I also pay for all of my stuff so I go for deals when I can. The Acedemy part comes in a bag of 8-10 or so and is like 5$.
