when you say factory slipper are you talking about the stock slipper plates used with asc pads on the 69 kimbrough gear?

Yes stock Kyosho slipper plates with associated pads and gear.

How is everyone running the spacers on the new UM569 steel front axles?. I see that if I run 1mm on the outside and 2mm on the inside like the manual says my front end will be 2mm narrower that I was running before. Should I just put all 3mm on the outside? Anyone found a setup sheet for a WC yet?

I see on Tebos set-up sheets for BB's, he doesn't use internal limiters. But also he doesn't give a shock length.

Does this mean he just has the 97038 eyelets fully threaded onto the shock shafts?

Are you running on a smooth track or a bumpy track? And which front tower are you running? Smooth track requires less droop, bumpy track will need more

i was running 22/76 with zero timing boost. i would pull it off the track after 8 to 10 min and the motor and esc were never over 95*

UM511. Both smooth and bumpy. Looking for a baseline here.

So is Tebo threaded all the way in on the set-up sheets? I notice that others are 4-4.5 turns wound out.

I think his setup runs the longer eyelets, but again its gonna depend on the type of track you run on

hi all
sorry i know its probably been answered before but here it goes.
i will be running this RB5 SP2 WC in stock class 17.5 no boost on an out door track that can be dusty at times with a few good sized jumps the buggy has been setup as per manual and ill run it that way until i get a good feel for it.
my question is do i need weight? how much and where to place it
cheers

Wrong the center hinge pin mount is 3mm narrower than stock, the arms are each 3mm longer than stock bringing the hubs in with the spacers make it the same track width as the old car.

You need to use these axles in combination with the new arms and hinge pin holder.
