Hi Guys, Im brand new to this forum stuff so if i have stuff ups dont hold it aginst me. I went down to casso on sunday ,I live in newcastle, and I loved it, so much better (fun/laidback) than normal club racing.
I am regretting not biting the bullet and entering, having not raced anything for about ten years i was hessetant, but after meeting a couple of people and seeing the cruisey atmosphere Im hooked again !!
I have a couple of cars and truck to run so am hanging out for the next race day.
To Darryn, you run an awesom race day and to the castle hill track boys top notch track, i cant wait till the next vintage day.
I have tryed to upload some photos (1st time ever) hope it worked.

Hey glad you liked what you saw. When we do the re-run later in the year its just going to be more of the same passionate atmosphere with some incredible cars and drivers.

ps, you need a few posts, 10 I think before you can upload pics on here sorry.

Dean is a one of a kind - He is SO HARDCORE that he breaks transmitters and repairs them! Dean - mate - you are a champion and a good friend. You make the vintage meetings more enjoyable with your laid back , no pressure attitude. Thanks mate.

Cleatus - was good to meet you mate - as I said - THROW AN ENTRY in for the next one! We are not prefessional racers - just guys having a great time with some old buggies. Sure we "race" - but its all relaxed and not so serious.

Cheers

Darryn

I've been purchasing a few "BIG TOYS" lately so why not send a few clandestine packages my way for distribution to fellow racers. Baffle them with BS I say

I just need to convince the missus a new Cougar is a life or death matter

I'll have to agree agree with Darryn, Dean is a great guy. Always smiling and enjoying his passion for the vintage buggies in the dirt.
I look forward to catching up with Dean again in the near future.

Well I have officialy finished up with work which is ace. ....

This means I'll be looking for a new job and could also mean my Sundays will be freed up for regular racing at Castle Hill.

Now the next order of business will be trying to keep my pregnant wife happy by selling off some stuff and finding a new job. EEK!

Talking I'm Hooked

Thanks for a great Sunday's entertainment. Darryn, i'm hooked. I am looking for an RC 10, if you hear of anything can you please let me know?
Thanks to everyone involved in the day, we can't wait for the next one.

A special thanks to Thomas for letting me have the use of his car for the day.

Regards,
Wazz and Marg.

Hi Wilbur, you are so spoiled, as you should be. Love, Marg.
