We all have to do our part to promote the sport no matter what state we live in...if the means building a website(or just updating it), talking to friends and strangers and try to promote the fun aspects of rc racing, work with tracks within a few hundred miles and put together tropy races that coordinate with each other.. also just treat your tracks customers like they are your life blood b/c they are....without racers there is no sport....or turn on your sign at night so people can see it..its the little things that will make this flourish...there is so much that can be done but we cant just leave it up to the owners/ managers of tracks to do all this work... racers themselves have to help as well... its called voulenteer....when you see a person at your track and they seem interested talk to them and promote how much fun we have and how competitive it can be...or guide people what as to what vehicles they should look at... give advice and just be friendly... look there are at least 3-5 tracks that are only a couple hrs driving in the northeast from each other.. Long Island raceway, Radio Controlled Hobbies and Raceway, Rc Excitement, Bumps and Jumps, and Vineland...As much as the economy sucks right now we have to do whatever is possible to keep the hobby alive..lets carpool and travel to keep costs down and get some good racing done in the next few months...

Those things are a blast to run. I mess around with my hobbyshop owners Slash just in the parking lot and have a blast. I think we will be seeing alot of these at many local tracks in the next few months.

If anyone in the area is looking for a cheap way to start racing, this is the class for you.
Also a reminder for everyone. No racing this Friday because of the 4th. Rob is planning on racing on sunday the 6th instead. Everyone, come on down if you can.

We have almost 20 pre-orders for them at LIR. Rob has done a great job of promoting them. Everyone is excited about running them.
