Default Happiness All Round

Gav, it's good to hear that your HAPPY, because we are HAPPY to have some clubs actually start planning for state and national events ahead of time.

By the end of this year, we might even have next year planned out.

exciting

would anyone have a track layout diag, or large track pic? (i had a look at the web site, but there's not much in the way of that)..

I wont ask anymore stupid questions at this stage, it's a bit early to be hassling people.

There is an aerial picture of the track and a track layout on the worlds website at http://www.200mmifmarworlds.com though this doesnt show the track with the new cutouts that will be used for electric racing.

Images of the track with the new cutouts are also in the photo gallery section of the worlds website.

Once all the work is complete on the track in preperation for the world championship we will be getting new aerial photos taken and having a new track layout map created that will show the track with all the new cutouts.

Regards Alastair

Unable to say with the tyres due to the new surface that has been layed down and the new layout which we'll be using compared to the Nitro cars.
All of our Electric racing is done on open rubber tyres so during these hotter months we'll work out what will be best.

Come on John, it's only 10 months away! We need to be organising our supply of tyres now!

Jokes aside, it will be great. Brendale, with all the work and $$ going into it for the 200mm worlds this year is going to be the best facility in Australia I reckon.

Bender, the AARCMCC affiliated clubs voted mid last year to have controled tyres at all AARCMCC State and National events from 1/1/06.
