Is there a secret to gluing tires?
I have tried time after time to go text book when it comes to gluing tires. But before the tires are worn, they are partially unglued off the rim. Is there a secret to gluing rims that I do not know about? What can i do to keep them on?

I don't know aabout a secret, but here is how I glue tires, and I never have problems.
1. Take sandpaper and scuff the mounting bead on the rim.
2. Wipe The rim clean with a rag and rubbing alcohol.
3. Take a wire toothbrush and scrub the mounting bead on the tire.
4. Wipe the mounting bead of the tire with a rag and rubbing alcohol.
5. Mount the tires and put rubber bands around the tire.
6. Peel back a section of the tire and put a good qauality CA in there.
7. Once you goaround the bead pulling it back, go around it againd and put a bead around the outside of the mounting bead.
8. Let it dry.
I'm sorry if this is confusing, I explained it the best I can without pictures or video. The important thing is to scuff the mounting beads and clean the mold release residue off with rubbing alcohol

One more tip : use slow drying CA. Proline sell 2 types of CA, choose slow drying one.

Hate to disagree, but that is all way too much work.......
Spray motor cleaner or brake parts cleaner on a rag, clean the tire w/ that.
After they dry wash in hot water w/ Simple green.(wheels and tires).
Dry them off and only use Fusion tire glue.

mount tyres and foams on wheel....no need to clean.....
glue using OK Bond (FX-Rubber) super glue... thats it!
Used lots of different brands of super glue like proline, Zap, medial pro, Losi, orion and LRP but OK Bond is the only one that glues so well that I dont need to clean tyres and wheels any more.
I've glued hundreds of pairs for myself and customers using OK Bond and havent had a failure yet.

You check up regularly on 100's of tires you have glued for these people?
I don't think it's good advice to tell people they shouldn't clean the tires. I don't care how special the glue is... you don't want to glue a tire that has a layer of mold release crap on it.
Do you sell this glue? If what you say is true, then we all need it.

A note for tire glue online.
Note that we recommend you use a dremel tool and a sanding wheel to scuff up the rubber on the inside lip of your tires before gluing. Also do the same to the rims at the point where the tire will be glued to. This will provide a better surface for the CA glue to bond to, which will eliminate any problems with tires coming loose on the track.

I prefer to scuff up the rims and tire bead...when I don't they eventually come unglued.....maybe more work up front but you won't have to reglue as much or later....

The secret in gluing tyres is simple, buy them pre-glued.

I was thinking that for my next new pair of tires. But, this is for tires thats in my new Truggy kit. I have no choice but to glue them.
Also, I think I remember some time back that a guy was complaining about some pre-mounted tires that were coming apart.
