Not gonna get the results anyways, Schumacher don't have any international A-main drivers anymore...

Huh, that BL motor has Hall sensors (not connected) with a Checkpoint and MM BL 3.5 label. That's the Quark ESC you say? Seems like they're running it w/o the Hall sensors. I don't know if that one can run with them or not. Interesting stuff on the brushless front for sure. I'm still not convinced it's not a bunch of companies slapping their sticker on someone's motor, though.

I wonder if that GM ESC without the case the Genius 100? I sure wish someone would distribute GM stuff in the US.

It seems like nobody is running their BL motors with the Hall sensors, even with the option. The GM ESC supposedly will run in a hybrid mode if they're connected (sensors at startup, sensorless at higher RPMs) yet at least Marc Fischer opted to leave it off in his Phi and his 12x at the Snowbirds.

That Phi has a topdeck with the triangle machined in the rear rather than the Phi symbol. I wonder if there's two styles, or it's just a prototype version? Both have shown up in pictures.

The TC5 continues to impress with its simple, clean good looks. The Mi3 is kind of blah in all purple.

Trinity N80 w/proto GM ESC (Genius 100?) That's the only wye BL I've seen from the pictures, unless the GM guys are using the wye motors as well.

Well, I think Tamiya is focusing on the 1:10 Buggy World Champonship this year and the "old" 415 is still one of the best cars on carpet. Wilck, who currently sits on 2nd place in qualifying, runs one.

Seems you don't know anything about TAMIYA 415 models, otherwise such idiotic comments woulnd't escape your piccolo brain....
On carpet 415 with top deck above the belt and the short arms is the est configuration.

What an idiotic posting…………try to be a little less personal when making your statements.

Coming out of Europe I have run every version of the 415 on carpet/rubber, so I know what I’m talking about.

However if you have followed the RC scene, you will notice that Tamiya is loosing ground on carpet tracks and fewer is driving Tamiya on rubber/carpet, and more are riding X-ray/HB.
Ever think why that is???????

My point is – every RC company is supporting their drivers effort to improve on carpet/rubber by improving the cars…. but not tamiya.

I drive tamiya – and will continue to do so, also my 415 on carpet/rubber.
