TC3 A arms are not any better . Then again, AE and Yokomo are associated with one another (especially the case in japan where yokomo carries AE products in its catalog).

Yokomo Japan retail: 39000 yen or about $331. Looks a lot like the Tamiya EVO III.
Never owned a Yok. Do they have a rep as easy to break?

i never owned a yok too but i had been told that the first mr4s had fragile arms but after yokomo released different styles of arms (softer made of nylon, others made of carbon fiber ....) so the problem were solved, i guess that they will do the same with the SD

I very rarely break anything on my yokomo. My son is very hard on his yoke and he doesn't break very often but I see a lot of tc3's going out with something broke. I hope this new car comes to the US b/c I have a birthday soon also and that would be a nie b-day gift
