Good call on starting a new 8ight thread. LHS owner said that mine should be here tomorrow.........I feel like a 5 year old kid at Christmas, I've never been so giddy before about an RC Car, haha.

going to be helping my nephew put his together. Does the 8ight come with titanium turnbuckles? how many sets of springs and sway bars does it come with? Thanks....

also anyone know what brand diff oil Adam and Travis use on there 8ight's? want to make sure my nephew gets started on the right track Thanks again....

Its pretty safe to say the Dirt setup will be about the best setup for most 1/8 tracks.

If I had to venture a guess, I'd say they use Losi shock oil.

of course, what about diff oil

losi has their own diff oil. I think 7 ,5 and 2 is what is recommended

I know in his Jammin Adam ran OFNA and Mugen but Losi is comming out with diff oils so I don't know if they are available to the team yet.

The kit comes with recommended diff oil already No need to get any right away. Comes with 7000 5000 and 2000 assuming its Losi oil of corse.

does it come with tires???? the manuals talking about gluing tires. never seen a kit that did but if so cool.

From the pics I have seen of the 8ight...I see composite/plastic parts in high stress areas...will they actually hold-up that good??...would like to see pics of them when they are done..I am gettin ready to buy a 1/8.....X-ray Or losi Or Kyosho
