hopefully the price is comparable to the yokomo custom, as much as i like that car this could be an awsome replacement,

but i wouldnt expect to see those shocks on the production version.

for around $200 it's not a bad entry level car.

hopefully HPI/HB will offer the tub chassis in graphite option part so I can put it on my Hara Cyclone to race outdoors.

For $200, if it performs as good as the TA05 - that's just awesome. Good to see some $200 level cars that preform damn well. Hopefully it will help the hobby grow!

some additional info:



1/10 EP Touring
part no 66403

All Cyclone Option parts can be used. Also, new Stabilizer base can be used to Cyclone for smooth movement.

Specification:
Not RTR, not assembled
Motor/Spur/Pinion not included
Tire/Inner/Rim are in Kit
All Cyclone options can be applied
Plastic made upper deck, Chassis, Carbon parts etc are newly designed to reduce cost.
No Stabilizer in kit.
Ball Differential for Front and Rear
No center one way in kit
Body Shells: 4 Door type original body.(no other body shells variation)
Motor Mount is Silver

price : 19800 yen approx. $174.24 USD. street price may be less.

At $175, I'd consider buying one to play around with during practice at the track. I was considering a TA05. The Pro4 was one of the better handling cars I've owned, just had issues with keeping the drivetrain together.

Ita already cheaper than a TA05 because I dont know one TA05 thats doesnt have $150 to $300 invested in it. Universals and dogbones and threaded TRF shocks are already over $100 on a $125 TA05. This appears to have those out of the box.
