Hi everyone i sold an NIB tamiya TRF 415 MSX to his guy pimpjuice_101, his real name Anthony Ballard, 5524 Ezekiel PL, Lincoln, Ne 68516.

i sold to this guy, and he receive the item...now he reports to his credit company for fraud charge, paypal freeze my account and paypal takes back the money...now i dont have the money and the car is gone and he is not replying my pm. anyone knows this guys? please give his phone number. also can someone teach me how to report this case to the police, what are the procedures? i am not going to let this F!@#$ take my car easily

I dont see how paypal would have reversed the charges if you provided them with a tracking number??? Or did you not have one?

CALL PAYPAL AND THEY WILL TELL YOU HOW TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST HIM. IT IS A FEDRAL THING AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE IT.

This is not always the case, i sold some parts to a guy in Guam and he reported that i never sent them and i lost out on the deal. I supplied pay-pal with the shipping info but i did not make any difference. I thinkn that if i was to ship to Guam or out side the US it would have to be insured by the buyer and i would have to require signature confirmation. I learned the hard way that is why we don't ship out if the US anymore.
