it is a new vehicle.

Looks to be targeted for the competition area of things.

I hope they do release a kit version that is single speed for racing.

GG traxxas...make a kit targeted towards competition...but make it as illegal as possible!

It's about time they come out with a new nitro stadium truck. The nitro rustler is getting outdated.

Your link has to be altered...

From the Traxxas site it looks like a beast. I wonder what the price tag will be.

Yes, its a race truck....but in RTR form, it's not ROAR legal. But I'm sure you can race it and any local race. To make it ROAR legal all you need to do is install the single speed gear and a .12 motor, READY!! I think it's a great idea because 80% of the people buying this truck aren't going to race ROAR sanctioned events. They are local bashers who like to go to the track once in a while.

My LHS said the price might be around $280-$300, but a lot of talk on the traxxas boards say $330-$340 so we will have to wait and see.

Don't hate, congratulate!

I am interested to see some track style video of the truck.

If the interest is there, traxxas may be pressed into making a race legal kit version.

At least there is another option now for stadium truck racing.

Traxxas makes a single gear kit and you can install any .12 motor you want. Easy enough to me.

I understand that but some people would like it already out of the box with that option instead of paying extra to make it race legal.

True!! I would too, but Traxxas hasn't made a kit in quite some time. IF they do, I'm buying one but I wouldn't hold my breathe waiting for a kit. LOL
